M&A disputes in arbitration and litigation – trends and developments

The speakers will discuss most common types of M&A disputes, such as those related to price adjustment, breach of representations and warranties; remedies that are available to parties in such disputes; procedural issues that may arise in M&A arbitrations; and interim measures requested in M&A disputes.
