Foreign investments in strategic companies: regulatory issues
In 2020, due to the pandemic, we saw the world divided in a way that we have not seen it in decades. Although not so sharp, we have seen a similar trend in the field of foreign investment in national strategic companies for the last couple of years. Governments have become more attentive to businesses that can influence national security policies, and have begun to selectively assess foreign investors in such companies.
